Frequently Asked Questions
My child has never danced or participated in other activities before. Will they fit in?
At Le Petit Ballet we love getting to know our students and making them feel comfortable in the dance space. Our carefully designed programs are structured to accommodate each unique age group. We are confident we will become your child’s favourite weekly activity.
Do you offer a trial class?
Yes we offer a 'Petit Trial Pack'. This includes two consecutive lessons to give an opportunity for your child to become familiar with the dance environment. Please contact us to find out more.
How are fees paid?
Our programs are structured across four terms per year. Fees are paid per term (four instalment's per calendar year). You will be issued an invoice before the term commences and this can be paid by card or direct transfer.
Can I watch the class?
During the term our classes are run without parents in the room. This creates a settled environment for the little ones to focus and develop their individual creativity during the lesson. On your child’s very first lesson you are welcome to view the lesson. The last class of Terms 1, 2 and 3 are open to family to watch. You will love seeing the progress of your child each term.
Do you hold a concert?
Yes. In Term 4 we hold our annual concert. This is a casual event to celebrate the joy of dancing. There are no extra rehearsal times leading up to this event. This is not compulsory but gives our dancers an exciting opportunity to perform on stage.
Do you have a uniform?
Yes, we have a gorgeous uniform that all our dancers love. This helps our dancers to feel a sense of belonging and community. We also know our dancers love wearing their special dance uniform. The uniform can be purchased from Bloch in Chatswood.
